This group operates for people who have a role in running projects within companies, and/or across alliance partner companies. Our purpose is to provide support and networking opportunities - particularly to people who may not have not had much formal training or many years experience in cross-functional working and project management.


Our Programme

We run a series of interesting events that you can attend, focused on a range of topics that we know of interest to our community, such as: Influencing upwards; leading without authority; alliance performance management; customer focus; political skills; relationship building; legal issues; conflict management; difficult 'soft skills' conversations.
